Bookings
A $100 deposit secures your date and is deducted from your total. The balance is due on the day.
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your session — inside that window, the deposit is forfeited. Weather reschedules are always free.

Terms & Conditions
- A $100 deposit is required to secure your date, deducted from the total cost. Balance due on the day.
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session.
- Cancelling, rescheduling, or not showing up inside 24 hours forfeits the deposit.
- Weather-affected sessions can always be rescheduled free of charge — no penalty.
- Edited images are delivered within 5 days via a private online gallery.
- Copyright stays with the photographer; clients receive a personal-use licence — commercial or promotional use requires written permission.
Liability
Photographer will exercise reasonable care in providing the services under this agreement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Photographer's total liability to Client, for any claim arising from this agreement, is limited to the total amount paid by Client. Photographer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If images are lost, corrupted, or destroyed for reasons beyond Photographer's control (equipment failure, file corruption, theft), liability is limited to a refund of fees for the affected images, and/or a free reshoot, at Photographer's discretion.
If Photographer cannot perform due to illness, injury, or other cause beyond their control, Photographer will try to arrange a qualified replacement. If none can be found, liability is limited to a full refund.
Client is responsible for permits, permissions, and advising Photographer of known hazards at the location. Photographer is not liable for injury or property damage arising from location conditions outside their control, except where caused by Photographer's negligence.
Client is responsible for supervising any minors or pets present during the session, and agrees to indemnify Photographer against claims arising from Client's breach of this agreement or Client's own negligence.
